Sherry Rasmus has been been practicing law since 1986, and has acquired extensive litigation experience in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, property damage, employment discrimination and other employment matters including sexual harassment, products liability, deceptive trade practices, contract disputes, construction, insurance, school law, and sports.  A significant part of the Firm's  litigation experience has been in especially sensitive areas involving violent crimes against women and sexual exploitation of children by trusted individuals.

Alternative dispute resolution is nothing new to the Firm, having participated in many different forms to save our clients both time and money in the litigation process.  Over the past few years, the Firm has had the opportunity to see that mediation works!  Because of Rasmus' strong belief in the mediation process she has received basic training as a mediator and seeks to be an affirmative part of resolution of disputes.

The Rasmus Firm is also concerned about the welfare of its clients and provides probate and estate planning to its clients.  Rasmus believes that expressing one's desires for the distribution of an estate by written will is a gift to the family and heirs.
